Refund & Return Policy

Returns
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygienic reasons, certain items such as underwear cannot be returned. To start a return, please contact us at hello@zulaplay.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@zulaplay.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Any returns that do not meet the conditions above may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
